1. How Do I remove my email address from the mailing
list?
First - let me start by saying this ... If you don't want to get the emails
from us any more - we honestly don't want to keep spending our own money by
sending them to you. Given that - we try and make the unsubscribe process as
simple and easy to understand as we possibly can.
There are a number of ways you can remove your name from our mailing list.
a) - Send an email - from the address you used to signup for the newsletters
- to
cleanpps-unsubscribe@googlegroups.com
This will remove your name instantly.
*This method will work 99% of the time
b) - If the above does not work (and only if the above does not work)
send an email to
unsubscribe.jw@gmail.com
AND - make sure the subject line reads
"Unsubscribe CleanPPSGG"
Note : If you do not have the subject line in your email - Your
name will not be removed..
This method will remove your name within 10 working days (TWO WEEKS)
Please do not send another request before those 10 days are through.
c) - If you have tried the above two methods then either ...
i - The emails are not being sent to you via our database.
This means that they are likely being sent to you from a friend or
colleague.
ii - The emails we are sending - are being sent to an alternative email
address
(not the one you are sending your unsubscribe requests from)
If you suspect either of the above applies to you ...
Send an email to unsubscribe.jw@gmail.com
and let me know the name of the newsletter you are getting
(Clean PPS - Googlegroups) and the email address you think
you could have used when you signed up for the mailing list.
