4. I am not getting any shows from you - but I am subscribed.
If you are certain that you are still subscribed to our mailing list - then
we can assure you that the emails are still being sent out from this side.
In the majority of cases like this - your email provider is blocking our
emails from getting to your mailbox.
Most ISP's nowadays use a third party company to pre-filter your email before it
ever gets to your email provider.
This means that a third party company scans all email sent to your email
address and it clears out all those emails that it thinks are spam.
The emails that remain are then sent to your email provider .. who in turn
.. do their own scan and decide if the emails they got are spam - or if they
should be blocked before they ever get to your own mail filters. Assuming
that your email passes these second set of filters... the emails are then
sent to your mailbox .. where it gets a third "scan" from any email filters
you may have put in place yourself.
Given all of this filtering - we estimate that only around 60% of all of the
emails we send out - ever get to the people that have requested them.
If your email provider is not delivering the emails that we are sending
there is really not a lot we can do (your email provider may tell you to get
us to contact them etc etc etc .. but we have tried this in the past with
ZERO results so we will no longer waste any more of our time trying to get
your email provider to deliver email that we have sent to the address you
have given us.
The only solution that works - is to signup for our newsletters via an email
address from a company that does not filter our emails.
Currently we like gmail ... or yahoo's free online email accounts.
