6. How do I set File Association?
Setting file association is fairly simple. What you are doing is making sure
that PowerPoint shows (files with a .ppt or .pps extension) open up
automatically with the PowerPoint viewer.
To set file association please follow the instructions below.
1. Click on one of the shows to save it to your hard drive ...

2. Right click on the file you just downloaded .. then chose open with ..
and choose program ...

3. Browse to my computer --> c: --> Program Files --> Microsoft Office ...

4. Then Powerpoint Viewer ...

5. and then pptview.exe .. then click open ...

6. make sure PowerPoint Viewer is highlighted ...
then check the box that says "always use the selected program to open this
type of file"
then click Ok.

This should open the file and every file after this with PowerPoint viewer.
